Fjord town in Aurlandsfjord Norway. My friends and I were on the ferry ride from Flåm to Gudvangen before heading on to Bergen and this scenery was all around us. I had gone down to the bottom deck to get some better views and then right when we came around the corner some clouds cleared and the sunlight perfectly illuminated this tiny gathering of houses. The picture reminds me so much of the Romantic landscape paintings done by Scandinavian painters. photo
