This is a last minute video clip Challenge that has special submission instructions. Please read the brief carefully.

Mobile phone clips of at least 1080p. Requires an iPhone 6S or greater or an Android phone with 1080p capabilities.

Our client is looking for clips of babies in their 1st 1000 days of life doing opposing actions based on hashtags below. All clips should be horizontal and need to be approximately 10 seconds in length. You will be submitting clips from on the web via a Google drive folder. If your clips are submitted in a folder without your name we can not have our client license your clips. A model release with a minor release will be required. You can use the Snapwire Releases app in Itunes to capture required releases. Please submit releases with your clips.

Create a folder with your username and submit clips there.

Submissions: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B5OLtwNb6bP1TWJSdkR0OTFrWXM

(e.g. folder name = yourusername/clip1.mov plus model release PDF or .jpg & set your share settings on the folder to 'off').

Creative Direction:

We are looking for HORIZONTAL POV of a parent or camera lens to capture authentic, mobile phone generated clips. Clips should capture perfect and imperfects moments. An example of this is a baby eating it's first food and then having a fit with food. Another idea is a baby taking its 1st steps and the same baby stumbling. See the hashtag list below for clips needed.

Each clip pays up to $250/ea and 2 clips are needed for each concept.

Photo submissions WILL NOT be accepted. Sample images are for inspiration only and the final sample image is the #hastag list needed. The creative direction is listed below as well.

1. Baby's First Outing vs. Bab's 1st Meltdown
2. Baby's 1st Smile vs. Baby's 1st Frown
3. Baby's Perfect Napping vs. Baby's Strangest Place to Nap
4. Baby's 1st Food vs. Baby's 1st Foodfight
5. Baby's 1st Drawing vs. Baby's 1st Graffiti Moment
6. Baby's 1st Steps vs. Baby's 1st Tumble

Moments need to be captured handheld.

7 years ago - How long does review typically last?
7 years ago - Managed to find some as close as possible to the requested shots, now uploaded into the Google Drive folder... it was great watching back through our babies videos for some of those precious moments too ;)
7 years ago - I wish I signed up sooner..its 11pm I don't think I'll be seeing any babies right now but this is up my alley.
7 years ago - Please follow the brief strictly. Our client is really looking for babies 1st time experiences.
7 years ago - I see a lot of "1st"... The baby is 1 year old! Are these just guidelines and I could just drop the "1st"?
7 years ago - OK! All loaded. It took me a bit to figure out how to turn the sharing off, but I think its all set now (fingers crossed).
7 years ago - A release is a model release. You can use this app here to download and have your model's guardian sign. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/releases-model-and-property-release-app-by-snapwire/id968090910?mt=8
7 years ago - The clips can be shot with any device that will capture 1080p resolution. This is most newer mobile devices.
7 years ago - What is a release? "A model release with a minor release will be required. You can use the Snapwire Releases app in Itune"
7 years ago - does it need to be shot with iphone? is this a must?
7 years ago - still don't get it.... why people can't just read a brief...
7 years ago - @ShriUddhav, you are restricted to 2 uploads on Challenges as an Explorer. Please note though, that on this Challenge, we are asking for video. All video must be uploaded to a Google drive linked in the brief details. Please read. Thanks.
7 years ago - why i have to upload only 2 photos? Can i delete 1 photo to upload a new one??
7 years ago - @JonathanH, yes, the clips should be from the same baby.
7 years ago - Quick question, are the opposing shots listed intended to be of the same baby. For example can I submit a 'first smile' clip even if I don't have a 'first frown' assuming another baby can be used for that. Thanks ;)
