Q1: Will the production be canceled?

A1: As long as Creators or others involved in the production are comfortable (and not at risk) we will continue to move forward with StudioNow shoots. We will keep you informed as the production progresses and appreciate your understanding. We are monitoring possible issues and proactively addressing wherever possible.

Q2: How will COVID-19 affect our timeline?

A2: The current climate will likely have an affect on our production timelines and we appreciate your understanding as we all navigate daily updates. The health and safety of our Creators and Clients are very important to us and we’re working to keep everything on track as much as possible while keeping everyone safe.

Q3: Will COVID-19 affect our budget?

A3: Currently we are not seeing any changes in costs of services. We are endeavoring to maintain what has been agreed upon. If any potential budget changes arise; we will let you know so we can discuss further.

Q4: How will COVID-19 affect the production?

A4: We are trying to keep to small gatherings as recommended by Health Officials. The health and safety of our Creators and Clients are very important to us. We will notify you promptly if there are any changes.

• Locations:
• Certain areas are impacted more than others. We’re keeping a close eye on the ever-changing landscape and will be sure to discuss any concerns with you as they arise.
• Shoots with Models:
• Our foremost concern is the health and safety of our community and their teams, including models. As most shoots are small gatherings, we’re moving forward as much as possible, being sensitive to personal concerns/preferences and efforts to reduce the spread of the virus. If there are any changes we’ll be sure to let you know.
• Products (shipping):
• We anticipate shipping may be impacted in some areas in the near future. We’re keeping an eye on this, but wanted to flag it as a possibility. Being proactive in shipping [the products] is one of our best options and we’d like to help with that coordination wherever possible.
• Creators themselves:
• Our foremost concern is the health and safety of our Creators and decreasing any continued spread of the virus. All Creators are participating in production activities based on individual comfort levels and our team is keeping in close contact with our Creator community to gauge this. As the climate is changing rapidly in different areas, it may take us longer to find a Creator, or Creators may need to cancel due to necessity. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these circumstances and please know we’re doing everything possible to ensure a successful production.
