Description:

The petals lie open and browning on this aging beauty as she withers. All the other tulips in the garden were perfect, upright and vibrant, except for one group which hadn't been cut yet and were clearly on their way out. The drama of these forlorn flowers in amongst all the fresher blooms was too good to resist.
