3 years ago - Wonder why my comment was removed? Just stated I am having the same problems and being told my images are too small , when they're not.
3 years ago - Thank you so much for the nomination @MintImages ! It means a lot!
3 years ago - This request is rejecting images that are making the minimum. It told me "Sorry, your photo is 8MP" right below where it says "Photo Size: 8MP+ (Ex: 3264x2448PX+)". I checked my photo info and the photo is the same numbers as the minimum. It did accept anything larger than that though.
3 years ago - Danielle, if you are using iCloud and using a shared album (like I was for convenience) then your image sizes are reduced in transit. Photos that are taken from your phone "should" be large enough. I only upload straight from my computer now since there is no loss of size. Hope that helps!
3 years ago - Hi. I use an iPhone 6. My photos are always rejected as to small. I'm I missing something? Thanks
