Martini Toast

We're looking for some kind of toast with a martini cocktail with a white background. (Either all white or mostly white background.) There can be action. The action can be in the bubbles of the liquid or in the flowing motion of the wave. The glass can be something other than a martini glass, but it really needs to read as a cocktail somehow. This shot is probably best it it's just the hand in shot and not the rest of person - or if the person can be cropped out.

Alternative: We are also possibly looking for this same idea above, but with boxing tape on hands. So, a boxer's hand holding a cocktail. This can be on white or not.

Note, I couldn't find any photos of this for reference. But would love for the imagery to look vibrant and crisp.
