You will be shooting Afters Ice Cream - 5708 E 7th St in Long Beach.

Call the restaurant several days in advance of your shoot date. Coordinate with the onsite manager to get approval for the shoot in advance. Ensure you communicate that a sample entrée is prepared for 1 of the 3 hero shots. Explain that you have been commissioned by Zagat. Re-confirm your shoot date with the location the day of the shoot to avoid waiting during the prep of the entrée.

We will be purchasing a MINIMUM of 3 images for every restaurant at $25 each:

- Exterior Establishment Shot
- Representative Entrée Shot

We may purchase more depending on quality of photos.
