Show us all the crave-worthy cheese dishes that go best with beer, wine and/or cocktails. All cheeses (cow’s milk only) are welcome here, except Swiss. Consider using Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Brie, Mozzarella, etc., and Hispanic cheeses such as Panela, Oaxaca, Cotija, Queso Fresco and Asadero.
