2 woman in mentor meeting

I'm looking for a VERTICAL composition photo for my background image of my app's splash screen. Needs to just have a logo over it- i'm attaching it as reference (but ignore the photo).

I need 2 women having what appears to be a mentor meeting - they shouldn't look dressed like those fake stock people (you know those overly crisp button ups bleach blonde hair models 😂). I like the looks and clothing of the woman in my examples. preppy biz casual and approachable. It would be nice if 1 woman had glasses. But not old lady glasses or out of style glasses- I dislike those tiny square kind that were popular in the early 2000s. color is not too important b/c I plan to overlay it with green anyway.

It is not necessary but could be nice if the mentor is 40-50 and the mentee late 20s-mid30s.

it is also OK if we don't see their faces/body and just see hands and hair
