Designer Home Exterior

We're looking for a high quality shot of the outside of a fairly high-end, modern designed home. The image will be used on a self-build website and the image needs to communicate the lifestyle associated with building and owning your own home.

The property being photographed, ideally will be a self-build home along the lines of a kit-home or pre-fabricated home and shouldn't feel too 'elite'. The shot and property should be very clean with clean lines and ideally photographed at dusk although this isn't absolutely necessary.

We may decide to create a moving image from the photo by comping some moving trees, reflections, sky etc if the shot enables it. What would be a bonus is if two identical shots were provided of the same property, one normal and one shot at the same time of day with one of the rooms illuminated having had a light turned on inside.

If people can be seen inside the property they shouldn't look as if they're moving i.e. they should be sat relaxing, reading etc.

The property can be detached, semi-detached or terraced as long as it looks like a 'designer' home and the property will ideally be UK based. If the property isn't UK based it shouldn't be too obvious that it isn't i.e. snow capped mountains in the background.
