9 years ago - @slatarte: Thanks for nominating two of my photos (mom in purple sweatshirt)! I'm an expert at Photoshop (graphic designer-10 yrs) so if you like the look of one of my photos but there's something you'd want modified/removed/adjusted, I can definitely do it for you. Thanks again for the nomination.
9 years ago - Thank you for extending the deadline! I was able to get another series of shots for your review. Please let me know if you'd like to see any additional black and white images.
9 years ago - Happy New Years!
9 years ago - Thank you for the invitation:) !! Unfortunately since its holidays I've got difficulties to meet your needs right now.
9 years ago - @SM_Photography Thanks for fitting this in your schedule. We want an image of mom and child(ren) in a busy kitchen. But NO APPLIANCES can be shown. Lots of groceries in brown paper bags and some on counter ready to be put away. Multi-tasking mom should looks caring but not overly happy.
9 years ago - CLOTHING: Casual at home clothes. Nothing revealing.
9 years ago - No copy space needed
9 years ago - @Sarah: I've added 4 different wardrobes. Also, some background with Christmas tree, some without and a few different situation with one or multiple children. Thank you for your consideration.
9 years ago - Thank you so much for the nominations, @slatarte! I am short of time due to traveling in the couple of days, but if I somehow manage, I will try to re-shoot with mom wearing a sweater. Thanks again.
9 years ago - Do you need copy space in the image? What I mean is, will you be overlaying text on some part of it? If so, I imagine you would need it cropped more loosely so there's extra space for the text to go somewhere. Or, will it be a stand-alone image without much text on top of it?
9 years ago - Good to know you have wardrobe preferences. Is it that you'd like the mom to be wearing cold weather clothing? Or just sort of old/at-home clothing? Or just clothing that's not revealing? It's easier to get any of these sorts of details ironed out ahead time rather than re-shooting. Thanks!
9 years ago - @slatarte - Thanks so much!! If you're open to providing any more info about what the photo will be used for, perhaps that would help with us setting it up as closely as possible to your needs.
9 years ago - WARDROBE: I prefer sweatshirts over tank tops.
9 years ago - I've requested to push the deadline to 1/2/15. I am unable to change it on my own so I have sent an email requesting more time. Thanks.
9 years ago - @slatarte Hi, is there any possibility of your extending the request deadline by a few days? I have a mom and children lined up for a photoshoot for this request tomorrow, but I'm feeling sick. I would love to be able to shoot it for you. Is there any flexibility? Many thanks for your consideration.
9 years ago - Omg, talking about how I am still trying to learn how everything works here...I just somehow, accidentally deleted the picture you nominated for me :( So sorry. Just re-submitted it. Thank u
9 years ago - @Sarah - Sorry about last comment about emailing the pictures, I am new here and still trying to understand how everything works. Now I see that wouldn't make any sense. Thank you for understanding.
9 years ago - Thank you for the nomination and your comment, @Sarah. I really appreciate it. Should I delete the 4 that did not get nominated here and replace them with new ones, or rather email them somewhere? Thank you.
9 years ago - Thank you for the nomination. Have a good day!
9 years ago - @vicka333 I would like to see the others you shot. There are some nice ones but none that jump out as the perfect shot yet.
9 years ago - I have many more situations from the same shot, but the system only lets me upload 5 at the most. Let me know if you are interested in seeing them (I can delete some that are not up to par and upload new ones). Thank you.
9 years ago - just uploaded a few more with your suggested changes.
9 years ago - @Sarah I have submitted a sample shot for review. I have access to this kitchen/scene, so I can make adjustments to outfit, groceries, coutertop clutter, etc. Thanks again for the invitation.
9 years ago - @Sarah - I really appreciate the invite. :-) I will see what I can do for you over the next couple of days.
9 years ago - I appreciate the invite!
9 years ago - Thanks for the invite! I will work on a shot asap :)
9 years ago - Thank you for the invitation! I will work on something this week. Can the grocery bags have any markings on them or do they need to be completely blank?
9 years ago - Thanks for the invitation, unfortunately no small children available for this.
9 years ago - Ok I will work on a new shot for you. Thanks for feedback.
9 years ago - The preferred kitchen would be an average american kitchen. Nice but not too nice. NO APPLIANCES can be shown. It must look lived in but not too messy.
9 years ago - American packaged food could be just as you suggest. Cookies, oatmeal... just make sure most items shown go in a refrigerator.
9 years ago - Stephanie Herington - We can't show any appliances.
9 years ago - Alexis Arnold -- I like what you are doing here. I prefer the one when mom and baby are looking at the yogurt. OJ should be full. The headband on baby is not preferred. Can you sneak in a green apple?
9 years ago - if you'd like the baby more toward the camera please let me know. I'd be happy to shoot it again if you like the direction of the images right now. thanks for your consideration.
9 years ago - Also, I just want to be sure I understand what you mean by "other American packages foods." What would this be? Boxes of oatmeal, boxes of cookies, etc?
9 years ago - When you say no appliances, is it because you want to avoid showing brand names? Is an appliance without a visible brand name ok to have in the background? I see that one of your inspiration images contains part of a refrigerator. Would this be ok? Thanks.
9 years ago - I appreciate the invitation!
9 years ago - Thanks for the invite! I'll see what I can come up with. Does the size of the kitchen matter?
