I'd like photos of someone working on putting a mountain bike together. So, a half-built bike, missing lots of components, and someone working on it.

Should be light as possible - many maintenance/building photos are dark, in a dim workshop. Go for a light workshop, or space, or even outdoors. Show the components, gears, tools, etc. Be as visceral with the kit as possible.
