The photo should capture the feeling of having a friendly neighbour. This helps to achieve a safer community through neighbourhood awareness.

The landscape should show a noticeable portion of a backyard, and may or may not include some of the neighbour's backyard. There should be a fence of some kind to indicate the separation of two dwellings as being neighbours. For this reason do not focus on the people in the photo, but rather the environment they are in.

The photo should be bright (daytime) and have a positive mood. The angle of the photo does not really matter as long as it captures some of the backyard landscape. Preferably it should have two or more people in it. The people should be acting natural and NOT looking at the camera.

Perhaps the neighbours would be having a coffee or simply relaxing on deck chairs either side of the fence. We're open to any creativity in this aspect.

Very disappointing photos that mostly did not relate to the subject matter I requested. Photos looked like stock images or those pulled from Google images.
