One of the best meals I've ever had. The 'restaurant' is actually a spot on the beach with a few tables on the sand (notice the lack of a floor) with the ocean lapping up at your feet. The chef has a giant fire pit / oven that's dug into the ground. The fish is caught in the bay, brought over the chef's shack, and prepared as you wait at your table or in a hammock. It's a very difficult place to find in the Playa del Carmen area of Mexico and local's simply refer to it by the owner's name.
