I'm Steve Dean. My life revolves around connecting people romantically and professionally, and scaling my capacity to do so. On the romantic front, I’m an online dating consultant, matchmaker, and industry analyst. My dating consultancy is Dateworking.com. On the talent front, I run Jobsuitors.com, a startup that uses the algorithms of online dating to match jobseekers to their most compatible employers and add much-needed transparency to the hiring process.
