Creative Statement
The majority of the pictures on this site are relatively recent and were taken after I switched from film to digital photography. Almost all my photographs are edited in post to some extent. For me, camera capture is but one step (albeit the most important one) in a creative process that leads to the final image. I appreciate the creative freedom that digital technology and permeable boundaries between art forms gives modern photographers.
