I am a proactive, personable and results driven IT Manager with Microsoft Stack Systems Administration skills along with Hardware and Software Technical Support and Training (Microsoft and CISCO) experience. Always looking to improve the reliability and development of IT systems, services and infrastructure through the monitoring, maintenance and refresh of equipment at end of life.
My experience in design, implementation, management, and maintenance will prove invaluable to your companies needs.
Troubleshooting at 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support stages come as second nature having a number of years experience in these roles.
I now in a management role utilise the skills of my team to jobs they are most experienced to resolve quickly and efficiently within SLA's resulting in satisfied stakeholders and end users facing fewer connectivity issues for your network, less frequent hardware problems and minimal software issues for your systems.
